Tom Rob Smith

Leo Demiclov is a conscientious, idealistic Soviet war hero who lives in Moscow. Despite his loyalty to the Soviet Union, he is arrested, demoted, and denounced, and suspects that a serial killer is in the midst of this turn in events.
